All of us live in other states and we're unable to travel to the apartment because of the coronavirus outbreak. Vittorio took charge of the matter and handled all facets of the real estate transaction. From the initial contact, Vittorio pulled together the relevant comps and priced the unit accordingly. Within a week we had a full-price offer subject to the inspection. The deal was complicated by the onset of the pandemic and the inability to get the inspections and title work done in a timely manner. Vittorio was in constant contact with the title company, attorney, buyer broker, and inspectors. We were always kept in the loop as the property approached closing. The property sale included 6 addendums and two extensions of the closing date. Not once did Vittorio get ruffled throughout the process? Vittorio Faricelli was the best real estate broker I have dealt with in more than 2 dozen transactions that I have completed."
